Not a bad week - a bit of a step back, but with quality

Mon - Core class, no running
Tues - 7 miles total.  Speedwork - 3K, 2K, 1K, 800m
Wed - Recovery 6 miles, Core class
Thurs - 10.5 miles total, 8.5 mile tempo, Trainer
Fri - Day off
Sat - 14.1 total miles with 12 @ MP
Sun - 6.2 recovery miles

Tue: AM: 7 Miles / PM: 7 Miles
Wed: AM: 6 Miles / PM: 14 Miles
Thu: 9 Miles
Fri: 6 Miles
Sat: 14.5 Miles - Atlanta 13.1 - 3rd Place OA, in 1:19 - Not a great race, legs were just too tired, Windy and Hilly new course - 794 ft of climb (and descent)
Sun: 20 Miles Fast finish to MPish

Week: 90 Miles
YTD: 2,101 Miles

More quality than quantity.  Coach is trying to reduce mileage a bit and generate some new stimuli.

Mon 6 easy
Tue  10 with 3@6:30 followed by 4x2min @ 6:00 (approx 5k pace)
Wed  4 recovery
Thu  8 easy
Fri  10 with  5x1 mile progressive from 6:40 > 6:15 - 90 sec rest between
Sat  16 - follow up after day before  first half 7:45, second half  7:29
Sun  6 easy

Detroit HM in two weeks

Total 62
