Thursday, 4/3

AM: strength and stretch

After work: 8 easy

Figured I had to get in some miles now that I could. No cooking and Liberty Burgers to go, just in time for DD coming home from soccer practice.

Friday, 4/4

AM: easy 7.7

Hip and Hamstring good, but not 100%. I don't see why I can't get to 100% in two weeks.

Saturday, 4/5

16 easy

I attempted for interval, but felt not comfortable and switched to a long run.

Sunday, 4/6

Rest. Raining.

Monday, 4/7

20 just under 3 hours, the fastest in this cycle. I didn't push anything. So this is exciting.

I was thinking of wearing my flag gear, but I made wish when I purchased my Boston gear back 2009 that I would wear it in my next Boston.

Thanks everyone again for the motivation along my comeback journey. I thought I needed a year to put myself under public pressure to train consistently. Now with Boston, I think I revived my desire to train hard for at least a year and half. So I am going to close this boring blog. 

I need to think about my training approach the rest of year with New York as the goal race. I have registered Dallas Half marathon in December and will most likely register Houston 2015.

I will post a race report later, maybe even next week, cause I have full days meeting scheduled today and tomorrow.
