Since Mark mentioned it about Running Ahead . . . Sports Track also plays nicely with Garmin. Easy upload.

I just use something called "the triathletes training diary" and write everything by hand, whether when I'm in run training or triathlon training. Basically just a running journal - pretty simple stuff.
