accuracy of tracking app in Iphone
So how accurate do
you think the app you can download is in the Iphone as far as tracking distance and speed. I have this feeling it's off by at least .10 a mile which over a long run really adds up to a big lie.Has anyone dealt with this issue?

Don't worry about it. You probably don't use it for speed work. The TM I use at my work place gym is definitely off. I just use it to log a whole number.

I use a program called SprintGPS on my iPhone and it works fine. It uses the same GPS signals that all other GPS devices use. I haven't had any issues, other than the normal issue around tall buildings, running in densely wooded areas, etc...

I've only used the Nike+ App, and I found it to be quite accurate. Actually, even more accurate than the watch. I've asked Nike why this is so but haven't gotten a response.
