Love the consistency Kevin.  You get your 5 miles in most every week.

Is your weight and sweat workout a group activity?  Coached? Or is it an individual workout?  Based on the fact that you list the temperature I assume you do it outdoors?  Weights?

Hey Nancy, thanks for checking in. My weights & sweat workouts are actually fairly demanding food distribution activities. I'm driving a food distribution truck for a local non-profit (Food For All) and assisting with food distributions by the Spanish Catholic Center (an arm of Catholic Charities of Washington DC) two days a week. Manually unloading pallets from these trucks of several tons each--while not formalized--is definitely a good workout. And if I watch my back and engage in lifting with my legs (rather than my  back), these are the equivalent of a static weight workout. I've been doing this since April 2020 and I'm enjoying it tremendously. Thanks for asking!
