Bit of a stepback week:
Mon - Day off
Tues - 7.5 miles -5 x 1K @ tempo pace; Core and strength work
Wed - 6.2 easy miles; 1 hr Bike FTP test
Thurs - 6.7 miles w/4 @MP
Fri - Easy 5.5 miles
Sat - 12 miles; 1 hr Swim Clinic
Sun - Easy 4.5 mile Recovery run
WTD: Run 42.4 miles
Bike 17 miles (indoor)
Swim 1800 yds Clinic
Mon - Day off
Tues - 7.5 miles -5 x 1K @ tempo pace; Core and strength work
Wed - 6.2 easy miles; 1 hr Bike FTP test
Thurs - 6.7 miles w/4 @MP
Fri - Easy 5.5 miles
Sat - 12 miles; 1 hr Swim Clinic
Sun - Easy 4.5 mile Recovery run
WTD: Run 42.4 miles

Trying to reset my goals and do some easier running for base building.
Mon- Core/strength, Swim 2250 yds
Tues - Pilates, 6.5 mi easy
Wed - Core/strength, Swim 1950 yds
Thur - Pilates, 5 mi easier
Fri - Core/strength, Swim 2000 yds
Sat - Rest day (family stuff)
Sun - 10 mi easy but not easy enough
