One more week of cycling after this before attempting to run in June.

W - 28.7mi hills/hard but flatted

S - 26.4mi hills/moderate
S - 48.1mi easy/brutal/easy

Tue 9.8   incl 2x2.5 @ 6:30 - ugh
Wed 10.2 Easy
Thu 0 nice no running, 9 mile cycle
Fri 8.1  incl 8x2 min hard 5:50-6:00 w/1 min rest
Sat 7.1 recovery, 13 mile cycle
Sun 12  easy

Thurs - 8 mile fartlek run
Fri - Off

Sun - 11 tough run over hills in heat

Finally getting the virus and blood donation behind me, gearing up for the Beacon Rock 25K trail race on June 13.

Mon: 13.2 miles on the trails
Tue: 2.3 miles walking
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot
Thu: 6.7 miles low HR on roads
Fri: 3.5 mile “treadhill” workout 3x10min @ 8% grade, running @4 mph
Sat: Rest
Sun: 4.1 miles trail hike, climbing steep rocky terrain

Week: 32.9 miles (~2,765 feet vertical, not counting the equivalent of ~844 feet climbing on the treadmill)

Thurs - 4 with 2 at 7:50 - was fun
Fri - off
Sat - 10.25 trail run, 800' gain, 8:56 pace. Oops, this was a little faster than I normally run this trail but felt good.
