M - Day off
T - 5 miles on Treadmill at gym; Weights and core w/ Trainer
W - 4.5 easy on snow covered side walks
Th - 6 mile Progressive Run (roads were clear); Weights and core
F - Day off
S - 9.5 miles in a driving heavy rain
S - Pack and travel

WTD - 25 miles  Still in a bit of recovery mode but starting to pick it up.

YTD - 1691   (Better than I thought)

42 miles altogether. 12 x 45 sec hill intervals on Tuesday and 4x400m/6x200m/6x100m on Sunday. Otherwise just general aerobic, with Monday off. Generally keeping the intensity down and increasing mileage a bit to try and avoid injury after a very competitive three weeks.

ran 25 miles this week.  Still have some posterior tubular tendinitis.  Not bad, but limiting.  4 weeks in a row now with max 30 miles.  Between tendinitis and crappy weather, kinda losing motivation these days.

Mon: 8 miles + 1 hour spin
Tue: 10 miles
Wed: 5.5 miles + 1 hour spin + 30 min with personal trainer
Thu: 5 miles + 1 hour spin
Fri: 12 miles + 1 hour spin
Sat: off
Sun: 7 miles + 1 hour spin
