Where did all these germs come from...or were they always around and we're just noticing as race day approaches?

I'm recovering from my cold and hope that I caught it early enough so that it won't affect me on race day.

It's just a bad time of year. I took my babies to church for the first time today and this little boy had a nasty cough and seriously I am just hoping and praying we stay healthy all week. Isolation isn't always fun but better than having sick babies.

I don't know, but today an old co-worker stopped by the office shaking hands and hugging people. Right after me he announced that he was visiting on his way to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for antibiotics.

Much hand washing ensued......
