Finally starting to get enough miles that I feel like I can post here again.

Mon - Beachbody Chest/triceps, Swim 2200 yds
Tue - Beachbody Back/biceps, Run 5.25 easy
Wed - Run 4.25 easy, Swim 2200 yds
Thur - Beachbody Shoulders, Pilates, Run 3.75 easy
Fri - Beachbody Legs, Swim 2000 yds
Sat - Eagle Bakery run & Poker Walk  8 miles, Beachbody Chest/triceps
Sun - Smith Rock Hike 7 miles w/2168' elevation

Weekly miles 21
YTD miles 513

Mon - Swim 2300 yds
Tues - 8 miles (4x8 min)
Wed - Swim 2800 yds, Easy 5 miles
Thurs - 21 miles EL trainer; Brick run 2 miles
Fri - Easy 5.6 mile run
Sat - 25 miles on trainer
Sun - PNC Atlanta 10 Miler   1:18:02, 1st AG, 2nd Grandmaster  (1st Grandmaster actually won my AG - so I call myself 2nd)

Totals for the week:    Swim 5100 yds
                                 Bike  46 miles
                                 Run  30.6 miles
