Mon - Life got in the way today!
Tue - Brick w/15 mi bike & 5 mi run
Wed - Core/strength, Swim 2600 yds
Thur - Bike 47.6 miles
Fri - Core/strength, Swim 1600 yds, run 5 w/4x800
Sat - Run 12
Sun - Easter
Considering the hours I spent in the tractor and the family stuff I got in a decent amount of training this week.
Tue - Brick w/15 mi bike & 5 mi run
Wed - Core/strength, Swim 2600 yds
Thur - Bike 47.6 miles
Fri - Core/strength, Swim 1600 yds, run 5 w/4x800
Sat - Run 12
Sun - Easter

Mon - 6.8 easy miles Morning; 4.1 Recovery miles afternoon
Tues - 9.1 miles (5 x 3 min hill Up & Down with 2 min rest); Core & Strength; 27 miles Cycling
Wed - 5 easy miles; 2100 yds Recovery Swim
Thurs - 12 miles - 10 @MP over hills; Core & strength
Fri - 17.1 miles
Sat - Day off
Sun - 6.0 easy miles
Totals for the week: Run 48.1 miles
Swim 2,100 yds
Bike 27 miles
