Mon - 5 miles on frozen soccer field
Tues - off
Wed - 4 miles on tm
Thurs - 5 easy miles back home
Fri - 13 miles; Swim 2800 yds
Sat - 6 miles
Sun - 6.2 miles; Ride 26 miles

Mon - Core/strength, Total Body Conditioning, swim 2500 yds, bike 17 mi
Tue - Pilates, Aqua Jogging, 5 mi run
Wed - Stress Test.  Results good & bad but I'm still cleared to train.
Thur - Pilates, Aqua Jogging, Easy 30 min spin on bike
Fri - Core/strength, Run 5 mi, Swim 3200 yds
Sat - Family obligation
Sun - Marty's birthday, easy 30 min spin on bike
