Mon - 25 miles Biking (Outdoors in 65F weather)
Tues - 2600 yds Swimming; Strength work with trainer
Wed - Planned Day Off
Thurs - 3300 yds Swimming
Fri - 2 miles running on Indoor Track; 1300 yds Swimming - Outdoor pool in Snow
Sat - Unplanned day off - 4" of snow
Sun - 3.0 miles running, 18 miles Spin Class, 1800 m Swimming (Indoor pool)

Cleared to run on Friday - it hurt, but I did it.
