Week - 56.05 + 2hr10min bike

Busy week - went to a tri camp which was quite fun.

Mon - 5.5 easy miles; Swim 2700 yds
Tues - 8 miles with 4 x 1 mile; Trainer
Wed - Day off - drive to Florida
Thurs - 1450 yd OWS, 68 mile Ride; 3.21 mile Run
Fri - 1650 yd Swim; 2 x Mini Tri - 800 yd Swim (x2), 3.1 mile Bike (x2), 0.65 mi run (x2) - and I won
Sat - 12 mil Hilly run on Clay Trails (last two hard); 24 mile ride
Sun - Drive home

WTD:  Run - 30 miles
          Bike - 98.2 miles
          Swim - 7400 yds

Looks like another solid week Michele.  Can't wait to hear more about the Tri camp.

Mon - Core/strength, Total Body Conditioning, Swim 2350 yds
Tue - 60 minutes on the bike trainer (strength & power video), 5 mi w/6 x 400
Wed - Core/strength, TBC, Swim 2350 yds
Thur - Pilates, Aqua Jog 45 minutes, 50 minutes on the bike trainer (interval video)
Fri - Core/strength, Swim 2700 yds, 6 miles easy/moderate effort
Sat - 1:40 on the bike trainer (interval video followed by recovery video)
Sun - Family day

Bike trainer videos are making indoor biking more tolerable and more beneficial.
