M - drive from southern ca to grand canyon
T - south rim to river and back - 16.1mi w/ ~4500' gain/loss
W - humphreys peak (AZ high point) - 10mi w/ 3400' gain/loss
Th - tenaya lake to clouds rest and back - 12.6mi w/ 3100' gain/loss
F - rest
S - pacing duties for tahoe rim trail 50 - 20mi w/ 4000'? 5000'? gain/loss - brother placed 3rd after coming into mile 30 in 4th by 8min
S - rest

Week - just under 60mi, ~15000-16000' gain/loss, very tired

Tues - 6.5 mi w/3 x 1
Wed - Swim 1900 yds
Thur - Bike 30.6 mi
Fri - Farming...
Sat - 15.5 mi
Sun - Life sometimes gets in the way.

Tough week on the farm...triathlon is next weekend.
