Another week goes by.......Leaving for winter in Atlanta on Wednesday.  Weird warm weather (until this morning) in Cleveland again.

Mon - Swim 2000 yds; Core class
Tues - Easy 5.1 miles in a light rain
Wed - Core class - wet, cold and rainy - nothing else
Thurs - 7.4 miles with 4 x Detroit Hill; Work with Jake on quads, calves and hammies
Fri - Easy recovery 3.2 miles; Swim 2000 yds
Sat - 10 miles
Sun - Easy recovery 3.1 miles at Mike's 5K for Child Abuse (after working registration); 32 miles cycling (outside as it was 56F)

WTD:  Swim:  4000 yds
         Bike: 32 miles
         Run:  28.8 miles

YTD:   Swim: 1,862,783 yds (1088 miles)
          Bike: 1728 miles
          Run: 1224 miles

Mon - Swim 2450 yds, Core/strength
Tues - Pilates, 20 mi
Wed - Swim 2150 yds, Core/strength
Thur - Pilates, Off to Portland
Fri - 5.25 mi easy on the waterfront in Portland
Sat - Zip line
Sun - Swim 3500 yds! 

             Week      YTD
Run       26.25      844
Bike         -          1153
Swim    8100      204,400

Odd week as I was headed out of town on Thursday.  Got my last 20 miler in and also my long swim.  Taper officially starts tomorrow!
