T: 8 w/4x6:00 fartlek at HM to 10K pace (6:48 overall, 6:16, 6:15, 6:18, 6:17 intervals)
W: 6 recovery (8:26)
R: 10 long (7:32)
F: 6 recovery (8:27)
Sat: 22 miles cycling (20.5 mph)
Sun: 14 long (7:36)

Weekly: 50 miles
YTD: 1633

Decent week by the end. Tired in the middle and the long run was just so-so.

Monday: 7 miles with hill repeats in the rain
Tuesday: 5.5 recovery miles then striders
Wednesday: 8 total miles done as 5 x 1 miles - 7:20, 7:16, 7:08, 7:01, 6:53
Thursday: 5.5 easy miles
Friday: 13.1 with the first half at 9 min pace and the 2nd half around 8:26
Saturday: 6 easy miles with the training group. Goal to keep them motivated over the winter
Sun: 5 recovery miles

Weekly: 50 miles
YTD: 1890!!!!!!!!!

all runs at long run pace. elliptical was my hard workout with HR in 140's- 150

Sun - 13 Went to a Santa brunch with the kids and an all you can eat buffet -- really excellent food, ate a lot, no discipline -- ran one hour after but was the only time I could fit in today. UGH -- talk about sluggish. talk about a stomach ache.

Total 51.6

YTD = 2283

Ribs still taking a beating.
