Tue - 11 mi w/3 x 2 mi @ MP -10, 25 min dynamic recovery
Wed - 35 min strength
Thur - 6 easy miles
Fri - 16 miles w/friends
Sat - 4 mi recovery run
Sun - Rest

Week 43.5 miles
YTD 1524.77 miles
