Mister Mayor,
About 13 months ago after my heart attack, I was whining about 'bruising like a peach.'  That was the phrase.  But you also said that in about 1 year, you won't bruise as much.  I doubted that, but I went along.

In fact, it took about 10 months for me to adjust my walking and motions to where I didn't bump into things as much.

Thanks.  That worked.

Good to hear Oz. I still bruise pretty easily -- just not as easily as I did in the months following my stent procedure. When you're on blood thinners, that's just the way it is. It looks like you're back in the swing of things training under a consistent regime. That's the ticket to a long & healthy life. Keep on keepin' on!
