Mon - Recovery Ride 15.65 miles
Tues - Bike 23 miles; Brick Run 3.1 miles (hot!)
Wed - Swim 3000 yds
Thurs - Long Run 17.5 miles
Fri - 4300 yds at the Lake
Sat - Ride 115.7 miles; Brick Run 3.1 miles
Sun - Recovery ride 21 miles; Brick Run 6.34 miles
Almost there - it is getting real.
Tues - Bike 23 miles; Brick Run 3.1 miles (hot!)
