Mon - 5.0 miles easy 
Tues - 6 miles with 2 x 1200, 4 x 200, striders; Core & weights
Wed - 5.6 miles easy
Thurs - 5.1 miles with 1 min on/off x 8; ore & weights
Fri - Day off
Sat - 2.9 miles easy
Sun - 15.1 with 13.1 as Presque Isle Half Marathon, 1:44:44, 2nd AG, 172nd overall  

WTD:  39.7 miles

Th - 7.5mi w/ 6x 2min @ vVO2max, 2min recoveries

S - 5mi w/ 2 @ MP
S - ...oops

Monday -rest

tuesday 22 trail hilly by myself

Wednesday 18 flat but trail solo again

Thursday rest

Friday 10 in colorado flat on gravel bike path sssooo pretty
Saturday 6 in mountains of Colorado beautiful Now I really I know what a hill is
Sunday More real hills part power hiking part run 6 miles

62 for the week even while out of town real happy with that
