3 min PR at Hartford Half!!

This is the year for me for new PRs!! Wow!! I broke my previous half PR from 2009 by 3 min!

I'm beside myself. I'm on a huge runner's high! Praise Jesus!!
It was really cool at the 6.5 mi/ half-way point - they had one of those police speed detectors jumping between 8-9mph.
If I can just knock off another 20 sec at a NYRR Half next fall after I turn 50, I'll have a guarantee entry into the 2015 NYC Marathon.
I can't wait to race again in Manchester, CT on Thanksgiving Day. It's a unique distance of 4.748 miles.
