Thur 6/21 - 4hr epic bike w/ last hour as a TT
5hr22min run, 6hr10min bike, 11hr32min total

Mon - 5mi - my long run for this week's 10k plan
Tue - cross train/gym
Wed- 5k - pulled up limp @ 2.5 miles with an Achilles tendon problem
Thu - RICE
Fri - RICE
Sat - in office all day
Sun - cross train/gym
I'm flying back to the U.S. (Miami) on Tuesday for a week for errands and meetings, etc.
Probably will take Monday as a rest/rice day, and try to test the Achilles on an easy treadmill run in the hotel during next week.
Tue - cross train/gym

W-took off due to work and "Boy's" baseball game (me Tarzan)
Th-3X800 1X1200 @6:11 pace 5mi total w/45min strength workout.

Sa-8mi group stepback week run @ 7:51pace
Su-3mi recovery pace treadmill w/45min strength workout

Two weeks to my HIM and I'm getting sick. It never fails that I come down with an upper respiratory infection as I'm entering taper.
Mon: 2400yd swim
Tue: 7 mile run + 1000yd swim + 63 mike ride
Wed: 3.5 mile run + 1000yd swim + 6.5 mile run
Thu: 15 mile run + 32 mile ride
Fri: 5 mile run
Sat: 2000yd swim + 50 mile ride + 9 mile run
Sun: off
WTD: 46 miles running, 145 miles cycling, 6400 yd swimming
Mon: 2400yd swim
Tue: 7 mile run + 1000yd swim + 63 mike ride
Wed: 3.5 mile run + 1000yd swim + 6.5 mile run
Thu: 15 mile run + 32 mile ride
Fri: 5 mile run
Sat: 2000yd swim + 50 mile ride + 9 mile run

Still sort of taking it easy as I finally have settled in NY for the rest of the summer.
Mon - 6 mile loop in Cleveland - flat and hot
Tues - 7.5 mile Trail run - awesome fun with water crossing, hills, and all
Wed - 6 mile easy loop in Cleveland + striders
Thurs - No run. Had to register cars, get a new license, pick up a U-Haul truck and drive to NY
Fri - 5 mile easy run. Felt tired
Sat - 10 mile run. Best weather of the summer yet at only 63F and lower humidity
Sun - 3 hr kayak trip. No run
WTD: 34.5
Next week; back to regularly scheduled programming.

Tuesday: 1.25 mi warm up, 2K, 1600, 1200, 800, 400, 200, 200 cut downs starting at 10K pace down to mile pace, 1;25 mile cool down (6.5 total)

TOTAL: 23.5
