Starting to feel the fatigue creep up as I hit my peak weeks for R2R2R.

M - 7 
T - off
W - 12.55 hilly during the hottest part of the day (mid-90s)
Th - 5.55 + strength
F - 6.85 during the hottest part of the day (low-90s)
S - 21.6 w/ >4000' vert
S - 3hr group ride

Week - 53.55 + some riding and lifting

Almost there....

Mon - OWS - Swim 2275 yds at Lake Lanier
Tues - Swim 2800 yds, Ride 30 miles; Workout with trainer
Wed - Run 7.1 miles (very hot) with 4 x 8 min Intervals
Thurs - Ride 30 miles with 3 x 10 min Intervals, Gym
Fri - Swim 2900 yds, Run easy 5
Sat - Ride 45 miles, Brick run (2.95 miles)
Sun - Run 13 miles (OWSwim later today)

WTD:    Swim   7975 yds   (Will add roughly 2000 this afternoon)
            Run     28.05 miles
            Bike     105 miles
