Mon - Total Body Conditioning, Swim 2250 yds
Tue - Pilates, Bike 20 mi w/hills
Wed - TBC, Swim 2200 yds
Thur - 7.5 w/3 x 1.5
Fri - 63 mile group bike ride
Sat - Family
Sun - Open water practice swim

Tough week...battling a slight cold and family obligations.
