M - Easy 6, Swim 2500 yds
T - 7.5 miles - 5 x 1K
W - No run, Bike 23 miles, Swim 2600 yds
Th - 6.2 easy recovery miles
F - 15 miles
S - 6 miles
S - Hot Chocolate 15K done as 2 x 3 mile MP workout; 1st AG Blinding, heavy rain and cold along with a bitch of a hilly course - very pleased.
T - 7.5 miles - 5 x 1K
W - No run, Bike 23 miles, Swim 2600 yds
Th - 6.2 easy recovery miles
F - 15 miles
S - 6 miles

Mon - Core/strength, Total Body Conditioning, Swim 2500 yds
Tues - Pilates, Aqua Jog, 10 miles negative split
Wed - Core/strength, TBC, Swim 2300 yds, Bike 12 mi
Thur - Pilates, Aqua Jog, 4 miles moderate pace
Fri - Core/strength, Swim 3100 yds
Sat - Family stuff including 2.5 mi walk on beach
Sun - 3 mile beach run
Tues - Pilates, Aqua Jog, 10 miles negative split
Wed - Core/strength, TBC, Swim 2300 yds, Bike 12 mi
