Thanks, Kevin.  I look forward to seeing you and hopefully Mike as well.

1st real Taper Week.  Also missed my first run of the season due to airline screwups.

Mon - 7.8 miles complete w/ 4 x 1 mile @ Tempo Pace (ave.7:50).  Got this in before the nasty Monday weather.
Tues - 6.2 miles on the Lakefront in Chicago - beautiful afternoon along Lake Michigan
Wed - Scheduled day off, Weights and stretching in hotel gym  (Weather was rough - rain, cold, wind - so glad to be off  - but weather worse in ATL)
Thurs - 8.25 miles w/ 6 @MP.  Incredibly windy, but not as cold  There were spots long the Lakefront path where I was be lifted and sent backwards - I swear, but I did nail the pace
Fri - Nothing, nada due to ATL and CHI weather and the airline mess.  Supposed to run 5
Sat - Final 10 miles over hills with last 3 @ MP.  (Wanted to do 12 originally but got home late and was tired)
Sun - 5.2 recovery miles.

WTD:  Running: 37.45 miles

No cycling or swimming.

Fr-6 Hal tempo 7:27 ave pace
Sa-12 grp
Su- 6 easy bike dodging walkers then light stretch/strength
33 mi wk 565 YTD
Good luck all in upcoming fitness endeavors. Thanks Mr. Fitz, Michelle for the Boston encouragement. Belated congrats Mike on the Marathon win!! Have great runs in Boston Tim and Michelle!

T - 5.4 commute
W - off
Th - 13 in a downpour
F - 10 trails w/ ~1200' gain/loss
S - 9
S - 22 w/ ~1900' gain/loss

Week - 69.4

Ready to rock 'n' roll in 3 weeks.

Mon - Core/strength, Swim 2350 yds, Bike 12 mi
Tue - Pilates, 6.5 mi w/striders
Wed - Swim 2450 yds, Bike 11.5 mi to/from pool
Thur - Pilates, 6.5 mi w/ 4 @ MP+
Fri - Core/strength, Swim 2100 yds
Sat - 12 mi easy
Sun - Bike 30.5 mi in the wind
