Mon- 4 recovery miles in Arizona
Tues- Day off, travel
Wed- 6 mikes easy with YC hill, outside
Thurs- 7 miles with 6x hill. Steady effort up and hard down, outside in drizzle
Fri- Day off
Sat- 8 easy miles, icy all purpose trail
Sun- 18 miles

WTD-  43 miles

70 miles.  First time in a long time.  Did this without the benefit of a long run.  Lots of 10-12 mile runs.  A couple of good tempos in there.  2 outside, 5 on the TM.

Mon - 7 miles
Tue - 9 miles with 3x1 mile intervals, much harder than it should have been
Wed - weights
Thu - 10 miles with 8 at MP
Fri - 6 miles recovery
Sat - 10 miles
Sun - 10 miles

Week - 52 miles

Pushed the mileage up quite a bit this week. Most in quite some time.

Tue: Rest (weather too storm to walk during lunch)
Wed: 3.1 mile barefoot run
Thu: 4.5 mile low HR run
Fri: 6.4 mile hilly run
Sat: Rest
Sun: 8.3 mile low HR run
Mon: 15.3 mile extra-rainy low HR run

Gasparilla Michelob Ultra Challenge Weekend:


Mon: 11 miles Easy
Tue: 11 miles Track 4x800 (2:35-2:40) 2x400 (1:19~21)
Wed: 11 Miles Easy
Thu: 6 Miles Easy
Fri: Rest Travel
Sat: 15K: 57:36 (6:10/mile)  // 5K: 17:53 (5:44/mile)
Sun: 1/2 Marathon:  1:22:34 (6:17/mile)  //  8K:  30:29 (6:06/mile)


Finished 2nd in the Challenge, happy with the times considering the heat and humidity in Tampa (Low of 70 deg / 95~100% Humidity).
