M - Run easy 5 miles; Bike 22 miles
T - 8 miles w/ 4@ tempo pace (7:47,7:57,7:43,7:36); Core work
W - Indoor Bike Training Class; Swim 2100 yds - mostly drills
Th - 5 miles w/ 3 @ MP; Core work
F - 14 miles w/negative split; Hills in the 2nd half (very pleased)
S - 5 easy miles cut short by thunderstorm; Swim 1150 yds also cut short by thunderstorm
S - 4.6 recovery miles in the rain
WTD: Run: 41.6 miles
Bike: 37 miles
Swim: 3250 yds
