F - 6.3 w/ 5x hill sprints + core
S - ~1hr bike + 5.1; Crystal City Twilighter "5k," ran 4k (16:00) then headed home
S - 10.1

Week - 35.7 + 1hr bike

Mon - Day off
Tues - 6.2 easy miles; Weights and core
Wed - 4 easy miles; yoga
Thurs - 10.2 easy miles, Yoga; Weight and core
Fri - 21 mile bike ride
Sat - 15 hilly humid miles
Sun - 4 easy recovery miles

WTD: 39.4

W-off
Th-20min arch trainer 45 min strength
Fr-5mi on 606
Sa-12mi grp
Sun 25 min arch train w/ 1hr strength
28mi wk 873 YTD
no goal except Boston 2016- probably some local 1/2 in the fall or trail races, just building base right now Arrow
