damn. you are a machine. a. do you work? b. how much do you sleep and eat?

Lol, yeah I do work but am the boss of my department so I have a lot of autonomy with my lunch time. Also helps that I'm one of the few in my office that doesn't go out for a "quick one".

I am usually good with 5 hours of sleep a night. Much more than I used to get when I was in college. I've been eating like a fat man at a buffet lately, just trying to keep my weight stable.

To be clear on last week though, I did have the day off on Tuesday so decided that I could spend 4+ hours of that time off running on the parkway near my house.

only 5 hours of sleep w/ that much running? jeez! I need at least 8-9 when doing 90-100 mpw. you're not human Smile
