It has been a mild winter here as well. Monday I begin my training cycle for the Green Bay Half in May. I lost a few pounds. Not enough, but heading in the right direction.

Not run related. Headed to Arizona for a week of vacation. It was 80 degrees yesterday...I plan to play golf six days in a row. I might even run a few miles while I am there.
