Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well...glad to hear you're feeling well enough to get back to training.
I've been overseas for 6 weeks and will start working toward resuming a regular running routine next week.

Yes, I still run and bike.
Mon - 8 total (speed ladder on track - 2 x 1200, 2 x 800, 2x 400)
Tues - Peloton ride (12); Trainer
Wed - Easy 6
Thurs - Peloton ride (21); Trainer
Fri - Easy 6
Sat - 12 w/ negative split
Sun - Peloton (22)
