Out with the old and in with the new
So how did I do in 2019 and what are my goals for 2020?
2019
Swim 168,800 yds (95.9mi), 85:40 hours, 103 sessions
Bike 232.6 mi, 15:50 hours, 17 sessions
Run 444.27 mi, 89:25 hours, 88 sessions
Strength 96 hours, 164 sessions
Other 96 hours
Total 382:50 hours (7.37 hours/week)
All numbers significantly down from 2018. I struggled this year.
What I've learned...
As you can see the things I do with others...swimming and strength...are the areas where I'm the most consistent.
I need goals.
Here's to 2020.
I signed up for the Heartbreaker Half this morning. It's only 6 weeks away.
I signed up for ski lessons last week. Pole Pedal Paddle here I come.
