I got back from my run today to find this text message from the 'phone company:
Dear valued customer, with reference to your complaint number 10450549, we've tried to contact you on 0507730963 to get more details about the issue but were unable to reach you. The Complaint is closed due to insufficient information however, if you are still facing the same issue, please contact us on 101. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for choosing Etisalat.
What was the complaint? UNABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS. I had, of course, given an alternate number, and quoted the exact message that callers heard.
