Re: New Speedway Boogie
Pretty good week. Total of 108 miles, with 65 being done the last 3 days ( Friday 30 miler, Saturday 20 miler and Sunday 15 miler). The 30 miler I ran the whole Boston Course and Sunday I 9 of the 15 miles were all downhill.
May be wondering why the back to back long runs. First off I like doing them and second 2 1/2 weeks after Boston I'm running the Ice Aged 50 miler.
Been very busy other working nights, being a dad, husband and running, I'm currently studying to be certified as a Sports Nutrition.

Re: New Speedway Boogie
Having another solid week but have to admit that I was a little lazy today. I planned on running at least 30 miles and I came up a little short 25 miles in 2:59:10. First 15 miles were outside and the last 10 miles were the Boston course.
Since I worked Wednesday night we didn't get to celebrate our 5 year, so I opt to cut today's run short to spend time with my wife and start the party early. Depending on how the partying goes tonight will depend on how many miles I run. I do know no matter what i will run at least 20 miles.

Way to be a good husband. I am sure that Lisa appreciated it. The way that you have been running, I don't think that the 5 miles will matter that much...just don't cut it short again...lol
