2013 Walt Disney World Marathon/ Free

I'm in free as a broker for Cigna (Team Cigna,) the main sponsor for next year's Marathon. I'm contracted through Healthspring of Illinois who was bought by Cigna this year. I almost did the goofy Challenge, but thought I'd like to just hang on Saturday. Maybe Goofy in 2014 unless Obamacare buys them out. LOL

Nice to get in free! I'm doing the 2013 goofy.

My group got free lodging through a timeshare that one of them has. Although we will be packing 5-7 people in there! I'm viewing the whole trip as a true "goofy" time. I plan to goof off with the girls, run both races at slow run pace while stopping for lots of pictures, and generally just have fun. I figure the training for it will really just be major base building for me to do a huge PR effort in a spring/summer marathon (probably Missoula, MT in July 2013).

Enjoy both of you! I ran the Goody thing back in 2008, and it was my slowest marathon ever. I waited 15 min in line to get my picture taken with the Johnny Depp look alike Captain Jack. What a blast!!!

I'm leaning towards doing Goofy in 2014 to commemorate my [redacted]th birthday. At the moment, I'm getting fat in preparation for my training.
