Rupp and Tegenkamp (1-2) look to have nearly identical footstrike / landing / toe-off / etc. Huh, weird.

Ch-ch-check the pay-check!
They probably only use 'em to train, when their sponsor isn't looking. Hence the optimum landing.

Funny, I just got back from my morning speed session with coach Leach and he had these pics printed out top show us. My thought is spikes tend to make you more of a forefoot striker. I definitely come forward more in my CC races w/spikes.
