156.6 today, I think I need to adjust my intake a bit because I'm headed in the wrong direction. Look out for big losses next week now that I've got my baseline figured out.

Unfortunately I feel lot harder, almost impossible, to drop once I get to 132lbs than a couple of years ago. I run lots more, eat actually less, but just can't make it done. I think it is age. I quit if I can't succeed this time. Sleep

148 but I'm happy about it bc it means I didn't gain a lb back. So I am claiming that I might have actually lost 1-2 lbs this month. I'd be happy to settle back around 145 which was my wt I was stuck at most of last yr.
