You got some good camera time just as they switched to the live feed. It looked like a cold day to be running. Congrats and get warm.

The wind looked horrendous.

I am not a good XC runner. And in a field like that, runners don't "come back" to you.

I cannot describe to you how nasty it was out there yesterday. Absolutely brutal. I had 3 layers on when I got out there and ended up going back to my car to put on another coat because it was so cold and windy.

Considering the conditions (weather and the footing), Dave did great, especially against such a tough field. I mean, he was banging out 5:35-40 miles and not making up any ground at all.

The guy who won it looked like a machine and didn't even look like he was working that hard. He just crushed the field in the last 2 laps around the course.

The women's finish was pretty amazing. I got there just as the race was ending and Huddle had about a 10 yard gap on Hall with about 250 meters left and Hall made an absolutely incredible charge down the finishing chute to catch her.

The crazy thing is, Dave called his finishing spot in his first post! Sure, it was a hypothetical, but does that mean he wins he prize?

Nice run, Dave-O. Nothing to be disappointed about there as you ran with the most elite runners we have to offer. Congrats!

Hope it fits. I erred on the side of being a little big as opposed to fitting like under armor.

Coincidently, I err on the side of being a little big. Big is better, I don't think the Under Armor look is good for me. I'll beer you should our paths cross again.
