Tonight's run KICKED ASS!

I felt so good. The best I have felt in a week! It was even more humid tonight and started raining on us AGAIN but I stuck with the pace and rocked it.

We went over to the fireroad by our house. It's hilly and tonight was the my strongest run on it.

3 miles - 32:59!!!

1.42 - 11:18
.59 - 10:14
.99 - 11:00

I do run better when Tim goes at his own pace and doesn't shuffle along next to me. I think I get more frustrated because I know I'm holding him back and then I start pushing it too much and then crashing. But when he's in front, I just watch his stride and relax.

I have noticed that water actually makes me feel worse. Last two runs were without water and I didn't feel like I was going to die of a heat stroke. Or drown in my own sweat.
