Oh don't worry this won't be my last one. This is my favorite race and like the past two years I will train hard for this race to go for a PR. Also I my long-term goal for Boston is to be apart of the of the club of running 25 or more in a row Boston. So far 5 down only 25 more to go, which means I would hit that in 2031 at the age of 60.

Went to BAA site yesterday and was told I was too slow and needed to wait. Feeling hurt. I will never go back again. lol!

You would think your first pick is BQ-20minutes. Unfortunately I failed to run a sub 3 in last year's fall marathons. Ha! scratch

Bob, there should still be plenty of slots left on Friday. Mine for one. I would give it to you if I could. I'm in the London 2012 ballot. Even though the odds are really long, $150 is way more than I'm willing to pay to have Boston as a spring 2012 marathon option.

Wouldn't ya know it my Medicare Advantage company scheduled a compliance meeting for 9 am this morning. Got home at 11:40 am and wasted NO time getting it submitted. Now just waiting! Pretty confident I'll see you there in April Mr. Schumacher.

I'll let you know after 10/15 if I have a shot for 2013.



Meanwhile, maybe I'll spectate again in 2012. That was a huge blast in 2009 while I was waiting to turn 45 for my 1st BQ entry.
