Mon - Swim 3250 yds
Tues - Ride 23 easy miles; Strength work
Wed - Run 8 miles with 3 x 10 min @HM pace; Strength work with trainer
Thurs - Ride 30 miles with 3 x 12 min Intervals
Fri - Swim 2800 yds, Easy 5.3 mile run
Sat - Ride 101 miles - MACC 1Love Century
Sun  - Run 14.67 miles

Totals     Swim - 6050 yds
             Bike - 154 miles
             Run - 27.97 miles
