T - 6.95 easy pacing Haley's tempo
W - off
Th - 9 w/ 3x 1.5mi tempo... pretty shit workout
F - 2.2 w/ 700' gain (MD highpoint) + 2.2mi hike w/ 700' gain (x2)
S - 7.25 w/ 2600' gain on Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail; oof
S - 8 w/ 5x strides

Week - 43.6 w/ ~5000' gain

Tue - Bike 12 mi
Wed - Bike 11.5 to/from pool, Swim 2000 yds
Thur - Pilates, 6.5 w/6 x 800
Fri - Bike 11.5 to/from pool, Swim 1900 yds
Sat - 20 mi
Sun - much needed rest day

Recovering from Hood to Coast and transitioning back into marathon and triathlon training.  Smoke is disgusting!!!
