Mon - 2 miles easy with striders
Tues - 10K (54:37)
Wed - Swim 2300 yds, stretch/roll
Thurs - 5 mi easy
Fri - Swim 2650 yds
Sat - Bike 12 mi
Sun - Brick with 12 mi bike and 5 mile run

Fun race on the 4th.  Hot and very busy on the farm but it was a good week.
