Mizuno Be 2

An interesting training shoe from Mizuno.  My question is, "Does it really work or is it just another gimmick to sell shoes?"

All seriousness I believe that Mizuno really does try to create a product that they believe in but again today's world is all about marketing and selling and the better you do at that game the more profit one's bring in. Plus let's face it when it comes to running I also feel that as long as the individual runner thinks/feels that something is working or benefit him/her whether it really does or not is all that matters.

You hit the nail on the head with this one.  I totally agree...mind over matter.
