3 bad weeks due to vacations and whatnot, will weigh in tomorrow. Hope/expect not to be too disappointed. A net zero will suffice.

After Sat and Sun of a bit dirty eating I regrouped to shake it off and clean myself up. 168 this morning so maybe 167 is possible.

I had pizza on Wednesday and low and behold my weight was 154.0 this morning. I think I'm on to something. I'm declaring Wednesday as pizza night.

I am not a pizza eater per say but dam I do love a good scillian slice from Spumoni Gardens in brooklyn. Go enjoy pizza on wednesday. It has all the major food groups. Grain, Dairy, Vegetables and just top it off with pinneaple. Smile

sweet swine /Hawaiian pizza has Canadian bacon with pineapple. Good stuff.

147 this week again, kind of disappointed because I was really working to lose more this week. There is always next week, though.

Stayed the same too. Took a MAJOR step back/relax week after 28 straight days and pushing my weekly mileage up to 72. Hungry! But satisfied that I didn't GAIN weight!

(175, 175, 177, 179, 180, 178, 179) avg. 177.5
