Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 7 Miles @ 7:48/mile (Progressive 8:28-->6:22/mile)
Wednesday: 10.9 Miles @ 7:48/mile
Thursday:Rest
Friday: 6 Miles @ 7:10/mile (with 2 x 0.5M pickup to MP)
Saturday: 6.3 Miles @ 6:18/mile - Progressive Tempo (6:36, 6:37, 6:43, 6:11, 6:10, 5:48, 5:26)
Sunday: 10.3 Miles @ 7:56/mile
WTD: 40.5 Miles
YTD: 782 Miles
Well, this training cycle has been a bust. Hope to have some fun in Boston.

- Tue 8 mile w 8 strides
- Wed 5 Mile recovery
- Thu 8 miles w/ 3x1600 @ 5k. Was harder than I expected and ran at slow end of range. hmmm. Then drove to Atlanta - arriving midnight
- Fri 5 mile recovery
- Sat 13 miles around Chastain Park -- first time in that area of ATL - nice
- Sun - drove home from ATL -- watched Bubba hit his shot then 7 miles with 8 strides

OK week. Wished I could have logged more miles but work got in the way.
Mon: 8 easy/moderate
Tue: 10 w/ 1 mile in 5:51, 2 * 800m @ 5:4x, 4 * 400m cut down to 5:35 pace
Wed: off
Thur: 10 easy/moderate
Fri: 6 easy
Sat: 20 w/ 2 * 3 miles @ 6:30-6:27 pace, 0.6 mile easy recovery
Sun: 8 easy
62 for the week. Two more hard weeks now then I taper.

Tue - 15 @ 6:20 (tempo) in the am, then 10 @ 7:47 in the pm
Wed - 15 @ 7:18
Thur - 15 @ 7:54
Fri - 20 @ 8:10
Sat - 25K race (1:33:33, 9th OA, 2nd in AG and a new 25K PR) 1 mile w/u and 5.5 c/d
Sun - 14 @ 8:35
Total Miles = 111
YTD = 1,646
Mon - 15 @ 7:03
Tue - 15 @ 6:20 (tempo) in the am, then 10 @ 7:47 in the pm

Mon - 4 miles easy after race
Tues - 5 easy in neighborhood over hills
Wed - Speed work - 2 x 6:50 mile, 2 x 3:25 800m 5.5 total
Thurs - Off due to travel to Cleveland
Fri - 12 miles finished with last 4 @ MP
Sat - 7 easy
Sun - Day off - Easter stuff
WTD - 33.5
YTD - 631
Seemed weird to only run mileage in the low 30s
