I can't remember if I ever posted about this topic in the past but I thought I would share a shake combination I have used before long workouts and runs that works quite well. I read this was Ryan Hall's drink of choice as well given how quickly and easy it is to digest the cytocarb. I haven't been as diligent as I should be about fueling up with this shake before each long run (at least an hour before) but when I did in the past it helped me get through tougher runs.

It's four scoops of Cytocarb II:

1-2 scoops of Muscle Milk Light (I prefer vanilla or cake batter flavor):

And water. Mix in a shaker glass and serve (note: it tastes much better cold so it doesn't hurt to mix in a few ice cubes). I can have a sensitive stomach at times and this never gave me issues. Cheers.
