I didn't even try to report after my surgery since it made my weight go haywire. The first week I was super bloated and weighed 8 pounds more than I did pre-surgery! The second week I was a bit more normal. I'm still bloated and up in weight though even though I am not eating a ton. But I have barely run too. Anyway, I am at 140 right now. Blech!

You should trin "In-n-Out" burgers up there. Had a tasty one in California in October.

I had it after my last 20 and this time not impressed as I was in Vegas last year. I feel it is not as good as Five Guys as well as some other small local burger store.

Another challenging week! And not as much participation. I know I'm struggling right now! However, I had been thinking about saying I didn't want to do another weight loss challenge - but I think I need it right now! And I know there will be more interest after the first of the year.

So, hang in there ... last weigh-in for this challenge is next Friday 12/9. Let me know when you think you'd want to start another challenge ... right away? In January? I'd vote for now ... no point in putting it off... it won't get any easier!

I'm for another challenge. Either right away or after the first of the year. Right away is likely best for motivation through the holidays!
